Brandon explains why owners need to develop leaders who can carry the standard without them, reward the people who helped build the business, and create a vision big enough for their team’s dreams to fit inside it. A great business shouldn’t depend on one person to survive.
They also dive into something that gets overlooked when people start dreaming about a massive exit: preparing yourself for the money.
