By accessing justdowit.com, registering for an event, submitting a form, or purchasing a product or program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.
Our services
WIT provides business education and coaching for home service companies, including free content (such as video series and masterclasses), the self-paced WIT OS Blueprint™ course, in-person programs (The WIT Foundation and The WIT Accelerator & Brotherhood), and speaking engagements. Program details may change from time to time.
Purchases and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. In-person programs are offered by application only and are governed by a separate written agreement.
Refunds and cancellations

No guarantee of results

Accounts and community conduct
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. In our communities, calls and events, we expect respectful conduct. We may suspend or remove access, without refund, for abuse, harassment, sharing paid content, or violating these terms.
SMS and email communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from WIT related to your registration, purchase, application or inquiry, as well as reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our services may link to or rely on third-party platforms, such as Zoom, YouTube, payment processors and community platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our websites and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of our websites or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri [CONFIRM VENUE / ARBITRATION PREFERENCE].
